Community Association Manager - Los Lunas, NM (Onsite)
Oversee HOA operations for HOAMCO across budgeting, board communication, inspections, and property projects. This onsite Los Lunas role supports communities managed by an association management company serving more than 600 communities.

- Administer community operations in line with governing documents, management agreements, and contracts
- Maintain clear, proactive communication with board members, vendors, and internal colleagues
- Develop budgets, issue payments on schedule, and finalize monthly financial reports
- Apply established internal procedures to complete work accurately and on time
- Participate in and lead meetings both onsite and virtually
- Visit properties regularly for inspections, meetings, and project supervision
- Handle administrative responsibilities as required
- Monitor industry practices and relevant laws, then advise boards on applicable updates
- Take on other responsibilities assigned to the role
