- Deliver civil and structural engineering designs.
- Prepare and review technical drawings and calculations.
- Brief engineers and technicians on designs, drawings and calculations.
- Participate in site and project team meetings.
- Visit construction sites as needed to survey or inspect works.
- Take part in internal design reviews and critiques.
- Provide training within projects.
- Support the Directors.
- Produce technical reports.
- Plan project resources and manage delivery deadlines.
- Prepare project specifications.
- Work closely with prominent private- and public-sector clients.
- Lead, develop and support a team of values-led engineers.
