IAM Operations Analyst (Onsite, Hyderabad)

Support Microsoft Entra ID access, authentication, and identity lifecycle operations for Provido Global’s secure digital solutions. This full-time onsite role in Hyderabad supports 24/7 IAM operations through rotational shifts.

Apraksts

  • Manage joiner, mover, and leaver lifecycle events across Microsoft Entra ID and connected applications.
  • Process access requests, role and group memberships, and entitlement changes through approved workflows.
  • Manage MFA registration and resets, conditional access support, password assistance, and self-service troubleshooting.
  • Support recurring access reviews, recertification campaigns, and segregation-of-duties checks.
  • Record access review results for audit purposes.
  • Investigate and resolve identity-related incidents and service tickets.
  • Refer complex issues to senior IAM engineers using established runbooks.
  • Provide 24/7 IAM coverage through shift work and structured handovers.
  • Keep accurate records of access changes, approvals, and exceptions in ticketing and case-management systems.
  • Coordinate provisioning activities with HR, IT, security, and business application owners.
  • Apply least-privilege principles and escalate identity anomalies for investigation.

Prasības

  • Bachelor’s degree or completed studies in cybersecurity, information technology, computer science, systems engineering, or a related field.
  • At least two years of experience in IAM operations, identity administration, IT support, or a comparable technical role.
  • Practical experience with Microsoft Entra ID, including user and group administration, role assignments, MFA, and conditional access concepts.
  • Working knowledge of authentication, authorization, RBAC, least privilege, and SSO using SAML or OAuth.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft 365 administration, or comparable directory platforms.
  • Ability to write clear ticket notes and follow established procedures consistently.
  • Professional working proficiency in English.
  • Ability to work onsite in Hyderabad, India.
  • Availability for rotational or shift-based schedules.
  • Preferred: SC-300, SC-900, AZ-900, Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate, or equivalent certification.
  • Preferred: Experience in IAM, service desk, or IT operations environments.
  • Preferred: Exposure to Entra ID Governance, SailPoint, Saviynt, privileged access management, or AWS and GCP IAM.
  • Preferred: Experience gained through internships, identity or cloud labs, university projects, or technical bootcamps.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with ISO 27001, SOC 2, and GDPR environments.
  • Preferred: Strong customer-service orientation and professional coordination with internal users, technical teams, and business stakeholders.
