Junior Web and Graphic Designer (Remote, Philippines)

Create branded graphics, website and e-commerce assets, and presentations for Delegate CX, a BPO supporting U.S. businesses. This home-based role includes Shopify and Sage website work.

Apraksts

  • Design logos, original artwork, and pre-production materials.
  • Apply brand guidelines, edit photos, and keep visual assets consistent.
  • Create typesetting and page layouts.
  • Build website mockups with engaging imagery.
  • Develop item templates and redraw products from specifications and photos.
  • Follow brand standards while exploring creative approaches.
  • Review finished layouts and recommend refinements.
  • Work from clients’ ideas and align with their expectations.
  • Set up and maintain Shopify sites and support their creative and visual content needs.
  • Update and maintain the client’s Sage-based website.
  • Prepare product and design mockups for client feedback and presentations.
  • Create visuals for websites and e-commerce use.
  • Design and format PowerPoint presentations and related visual materials.
  • Handle other related tasks as needed.

Prasības

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, fine arts, visual communication, or a related discipline.
  • One to three years of experience as a graphic designer or in a similar creative role.
  • Experience supporting Shopify, maintaining websites, or working in digital design is strongly preferred.
  • Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Availability for overnight or graveyard shifts in Philippine time, or work within U.S. operating hours.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft and Google applications.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Knowledge of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertising, and multimedia design.
  • Shopify setup and maintenance experience is strongly preferred.
  • Experience maintaining or updating websites, especially Sage-based sites, is an advantage.
  • Strong PowerPoint skills and the ability to create visually engaging presentations.
  • Ability to organize competing tasks and priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • A strong portfolio showing creative design work across different formats.
  • Willingness to give and receive constructive feedback.
  • Sound knowledge of design principles, visual composition, and detail.
  • Communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues and clients.
  • Effective time management and consistent delivery to deadlines.
  • Enthusiasm for design and a keen eye for aesthetics, trends, and innovation in graphic design.
