  • Partner with stakeholders to uncover process inefficiencies and recommend improvements through redesign, automation, and AI-enabled solutions
  • Lead interviews, workshops, and analysis sessions to capture user stories, use cases, and functional and non-functional requirements
  • Find opportunities to simplify operations with low-code automation and AI-assisted solutions
  • Develop and test AI-enabled workflows with appropriate human oversight
  • Improve prompts, workflows, and automation logic using feedback and performance results
  • Measure cost avoidance, time savings, error reduction, and adoption
  • Use evidence and stakeholder feedback to propose improvements and next steps
  • Follow responsible AI, privacy, and governance requirements
  • Promote requirements awareness across business units and identify standard processes through real-time data analysis
  • Define and develop production-system requirements that support high usability
  • Manage partner relationships to improve systems integration and answer management and executive questions with research-backed recommendations
  • Prepare BRDs, FRDs, use case specifications, process models, workflow diagrams, and prototypes
  • Collaborate with IT Architects, AI Delivery, technical teams, and vendors to shape practical solutions
  • Assess Convatec systems and recommend enhancements or new solutions
  • Connect business stakeholders with technical teams throughout solution development
  • Work with project managers, developers, and testers to support successful delivery
  • Provide guidance on technical business processes and create system prototypes that improve efficiency and productivity
  • Plan, assess, and communicate quality assurance activities throughout systems development
  • Support test planning and prepare test cases
  • Take part in UAT and verify that solutions satisfy business expectations

  • Experience in the medical devices or pharmaceutical industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • At least 3 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or in a comparable position
  • Experience with generative AI and prompt refinement, such as Copilot or similar tools
  • Understanding of AI-supported business analysis methods
  • Familiarity with prompt and agentic design, testing, and optimisation
  • Understanding of AI governance, responsible AI, data privacy, and human-in-the-loop controls
  • Familiarity with requirements elicitation, process modelling, and documentation tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, prototypes, wireframes, and user journey flows
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging varied stakeholders and explaining technical information clearly
  • Experience with data analysis, SQL, or business intelligence tools
  • Experience with SAP or SAP S/4HANA, QMS, PLM, MES, or CRM systems is valued
  • Business analysis certification such as CBAP or another relevant professional certification is desirable
  • English proficiency is required for speaking, writing, and reading
