Aprašymas

  • Handle AML/KYC compliance operations as a first line of defence.
  • Identify potential financial crime risks at an early stage.
  • Develop compliance operations as the company grows and expands.
  • Maintain reliable compliance processes across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Oversee KYC/CDD reviews from onboarding and document checks through risk classification, approval recommendations, periodic reviews, remediation, and ongoing due diligence.
  • Review customer documents and assess customers’ internal compliance frameworks against company policies.
  • Escalate red flags and potential risks in customer activity.
  • Draft internal procedures and help put them into practice.
  • Support compliance operations in the jurisdictions where Fiat Republic operates.
  • Conduct enhanced due diligence on higher-risk customers, including PEP and sanctions screening, adverse media checks, source of funds and wealth reviews, geographic exposure, and ownership structure assessments.
  • Train and coach new team members.
  • Track industry developments and recommend updates to the compliance program.
  • Work with teams across different locations.
  • Handle additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
  • Help strengthen the compliance framework and improve compliance practices.

Reikalavimai

  • At least 1 year of professional KYC/KYB experience in financial services.
  • EMI or fintech experience is a significant advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of local and international AML/KYC regulations.
  • Knowledge of Dutch and UK regulations is a strong plus.
  • Experience in the cryptocurrency market is a significant advantage.
  • A practical, hands-on approach to daily operations while the business scales.
  • Ability to manage multiple customers while meeting legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Bachelor’s degree and an interest in the financial sector.
  • Compliance certification or training is a strong plus.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Availability to work morning or afternoon shifts.
  • Flexibility as the role, departmental objectives, priorities, and targets change.
