Client Service Manager, Employee Health and Benefits

Serve Marsh McLennan Agency’s employee health and benefits clients by managing plans, renewals, wellness programs, and enrollment. Coordinate with clients, carriers, and internal teams to support benefit programs throughout the year.

Aprašymas

  • Maintain and grow client relationships.
  • Work with sales teams, carriers, and clients to establish and renew benefit plans.
  • Lead employee open enrollment meetings.
  • Coordinate wellness offerings and promote wellness initiatives for assigned and other clients.
  • Deliver ongoing day-to-day client support.
  • Take part in regular client discussions and strategy meetings.
  • Present information to decision makers and employees.
  • Oversee accounts across the full annual benefits cycle.
  • Help clients meet federal and state requirements and interpret contract terms.
  • Organize marketing activities for new and renewing group business.
  • Gather census information and benefit plan details.
  • Request quotes and track outstanding requests.
  • Communicate with insurance carriers.
  • Develop renewal proposals and presentations.
  • Create employee communications and arrange and lead enrollment meetings.
  • Administer re-enrollment forms and review contracts and summary plan descriptions.
  • Meet with clients and carriers by phone or in person to support plan implementation.
  • Pursue ongoing education to maintain licenses, keep current on regulations, and build insurance expertise.

Reikalavimai

  • Hold an active Life and Health license.
  • Know plan designs offered by a range of marketplace carriers.
  • Have experience managing accounts throughout the annual benefits cycle.
  • Have experience supporting clients with federal and state compliance and interpreting contract language.
  • Have experience coordinating marketing for new and renewing group business.
  • Communicate and build relationships effectively in writing and in conversation.
  • Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Be able to present information and speak to varied audiences.
  • Use Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, at a high level.
  • Be proficient with agency management systems and web browsers.
  • Demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Insurance designations are preferred but not required.
