Aprašymas

  • Manage the manager’s calendar.
  • Arrange meetings, travel, lodging, transportation, and expense matters.
  • Handle scheduling and related requests for the manager’s direct reports.
  • Review mail for the manager or department and route items as needed.
  • Work with the manager to prepare for meetings.
  • Create documents using Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Book meeting rooms and arrange catering.
  • Help with routine and one-off reporting and database tasks, including quarterly newsletters and SharePoint.
  • Assist with budget planning, preparation, tracking, and review, and investigate discrepancies.
  • Coordinate departmental projects, monitor schedules, collect information, and act as a project contact.
  • Welcome visitors, answer and screen calls, manage supplies, and help keep equipment operational.
  • Take on other assigned duties.

Reikalavimai

  • High school diploma, associate degree, or bachelor’s degree.
  • At least two years of administrative assistant experience.
  • Demonstrated computer proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong written and spoken communication.
  • Ability to work effectively with internal managers and staff, customers, and vendors.
  • Self-directed and proactive, with strong customer service skills and high ethical standards.
  • Well-organized, accurate, and attentive to detail.
  • Interpersonal judgment to handle sensitive and confidential matters with diplomacy and tact.
  • Ability to gather and organize data efficiently.
