  • Research and source qualified candidates using LinkedIn, talent databases, social media, referrals, and other approved tools.
  • Build and manage organized candidate pipelines through research, outreach, and relationship building.
  • Coordinate interviews and recruiting meetings, including scheduling, confirmations, changes, and follow-up.
  • Assist with candidate communications and recruiting logistics.
  • Support recruiters with resume reviews, talent mapping, market research, pipeline reports, and related recruiting tasks.
  • Keep candidate records, activity notes, status updates, and documentation accurate in applicant tracking and Talent Acquisition systems.
  • Contribute to Talent Acquisition projects, strategic initiatives, and operational priorities.
  • Create and maintain procedures, templates, training materials, and shared resources.
  • Track tasks and deadlines, organize shared materials, and prepare routine project and program updates.
  • Follow Talent Acquisition procedures and protect confidential candidate, employee, and business information.

  • At least two years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, Human Resources, or a related professional setting; relevant internships may count.
  • Experience coordinating interviews, calendars, or meetings involving multiple participants and time zones.
  • Experience supporting projects or maintaining procedures, templates, training materials, or shared team resources.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Experience using LinkedIn, social media, job boards, or other online tools to research and source candidates.
  • Ability to learn applicant tracking, candidate relationship management, or similar business systems.
  • Ability to follow established procedures, complete assigned work accurately, and handle scheduling, documentation, and data carefully.
  • Strong organization, follow-through, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize assigned work, meet deadlines, and raise issues when guidance is needed.
  • Collaborative approach and interest in developing a career in Talent Acquisition.
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods at a stationary workstation.
  • Ability to regularly carry, lift, and lower objects weighing up to 10 pounds.
  • Ability to learn and understand basic instructions.
  • Ability to maintain focus and attention on assigned tasks and responsibilities.
