  • Build targeted account lists through research and prospecting tools.
  • Contact prospects by phone, email, and social media to create interest and assess needs.
  • Evaluate leads for business fit, timing, and readiness to engage with an Account Executive.
  • Arrange quality meetings between qualified decision-makers and the sales team.
  • Keep CRM records current, including prospect interactions and pipeline progress.
  • Partner with marketing to strengthen outreach tactics and lead-generation processes.
  • Develop relationships with interested prospects who are not yet ready to engage.
  • Report outreach activity and progress toward targets to the manager and wider team.

  • Have familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.

  • Work independently in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
  • Bring 1–2 years of experience in a comparable outbound sales role, preferably in SaaS or technology.
  • Have previous outbound sales experience with a SaaS company.
  • Understand sales methodologies and lead-generation approaches.
  • Have business-proficient French language skills.
  • Be willing to travel for team events approximately 1–2 times per quarter.
  • Complete background screening and employment verification if selected as a finalist.
