Guide senior living communities on digital marketing strategy, account management, and campaign performance. Coordinate client goals with agency teams to support growth.

- Build strong working relationships with senior living clients.
- Advise communities on marketing strategy and direction.
- Turn industry trends and client data into plans aligned with client goals.
- Partner with internal and external teams to shape and deliver marketing strategies for senior living.
- Oversee several senior living client accounts at once.
- Coordinate campaign delivery to advance clients’ brands, marketing plans, and business goals.
- Spot opportunities and propose improvements to marketing strategy.
- Resolve client concerns with a constructive, solutions-focused approach.
- Track KPIs and discuss emerging performance concerns.
- Present campaign reports and practical insights to clients.
- Help clients understand new digital marketing trends and consider how to adopt them.
- Explain the value of agency services clearly.
- Present additional services to clients to grow revenue.
Талаптар
- A valid US visa and authorization to work in the United States are required.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related discipline.
- Eight to ten years of digital marketing and account management experience; senior living experience is preferred.
- Two to five years in an advertising agency or similar production-focused setting is an advantage.
- Strategic planning skills, including diagnosing client issues, developing solutions, and presenting recommendations clearly.
- Strong client service skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and peers.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to manage challenging client situations with executive-level professionalism.
