Create advanced deep-learning methods, including graph neural networks, generative models, and physics-based approaches
Conduct research and review relevant scientific literature
Partner with research and drug discovery teams to turn models into practical insights
Build reliable regression and ranking models from molecular and biological datasets
Work with chemists and biologists to prioritize promising compounds
Lead machine-learning workstreams from objective setting and scheduling through stakeholder communication
Provide models and predictions that support scientists’ daily workflows
Model molecular properties and protein–ligand interactions
Develop machine-learning systems for internal and partner drug discovery programs

Талаптар

Master’s or doctoral degree in computer science, machine learning, computational chemistry, or a related discipline
Demonstrated problem-solving ability, independence, and willingness to collaborate
Around three to five years of experience applying machine learning in scientific or industrial environments
Proficiency with machine-learning frameworks including PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn
Strong Python development skills
Experience using libraries for scientific computing
