Service Desk Technician Seattle Hybrid

Deliver Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to Seitel Systems’ managed IT clients in the Seattle area. Troubleshoot Microsoft, Windows, Mac, cloud, networking, and security environments.

Description

  • Deliver Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support to clients
  • Partner with teammates to resolve issues efficiently
  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences while maintaining thorough documentation
  • Provide a consistently high-quality client support experience
  • Share emerging technology knowledge and lessons learned while mentoring teammates
  • Identify and implement improvements that strengthen service delivery
  • Resolve routine technical incidents and more complex infrastructure problems
  • Support clients throughout the Seattle area
  • Travel occasionally to client sites across the Puget Sound
  • Foster strong working relationships and open communication within the Service Desk team
  • Develop proficiency with Seitel Systems’ tools and systems
  • Follow a career development plan while expanding technical capabilities

Requirements

  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Show initiative, a strong work ethic, and an action-oriented approach
  • Participate actively in the Three Ways philosophy and continuous improvement
  • Understand cloud computing, IT security, AI, virtualization, networking, and troubleshooting across servers, infrastructure, and desktops
  • Have experience with Microsoft Azure, M365, Intune, and Defender
  • Work confidently across Windows and Mac platforms
  • Have familiarity with ConnectWise and Veeam
  • Have familiarity with Copilot
  • Bring at least two years of progressive IT experience
  • Hold Microsoft or other certifications appropriate to your IT experience
  • Live locally; non-local applicants will not be considered
  • Have reliable transportation and a driver’s license for occasional travel around the Puget Sound
