Description

  • Lead client engagements from kickoff through completion
  • Deliver data, analytics, and AI initiatives
  • Turn complex business challenges into practical, scalable analytics and AI solutions
  • Build and grow relationships with senior client stakeholders
  • Align stakeholders, set expectations, and provide a strong client experience
  • Lead and support teams of data scientists, data engineers, and business analysts
  • Ensure high-quality project delivery
  • Lead strategic work on enterprise AI adoption, cloud-based data modernization, and measurable business outcomes
  • Work with AI, data, engineering, and consulting teams across locations
  • Expand strategic client partnerships

Requirements

  • Bring 9–12 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in HR analytics
  • Have experience supporting enterprise HR data and analytics transformation initiatives
  • Understand HR metrics and KPIs, including headcount, attrition, turnover, span of control, and workforce productivity
  • Lead discovery workshops, engage senior HR and business leaders, and guide technical teams on their approach
  • Oversee and support cross-functional technical teams, removing blockers to successful delivery
  • Identify business needs, propose solutions, and drive account growth
  • Work with IT and Data Engineering teams to integrate analytics outputs into business processes
  • Hold a graduate qualification in Business Analytics or an MBA, or have equivalent work experience
