Oversee People Practices articles, FAQs, and procedures across ServiceNow and DPR Toolbox. Improve content governance, usability, and the employee experience through tailored content and ongoing performance review.

Description

  • Manage and publish internal and customer-facing People Practices content in ServiceNow and DPR Toolbox.
  • Maintain accurate, accessible knowledge articles, FAQs, SOPs, and desktop references that meet organizational standards.
  • Personalize content with tags and keywords suited to employees’ roles, levels, and locations.
  • Set and track content review, approval, and expiration schedules.
  • Work with subject matter experts to create and improve content.
  • Edit materials for clarity, readability, and consistency with organizational standards.
  • Use performance metrics and user feedback to guide content improvements and best practices.
  • Bring together recurring themes, regulatory considerations, and employee experience factors across related content.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, English, human resources, business administration, or a related field is required.
  • Four to six years of experience in content management, communications, or a related field is required.
  • Experience with ServiceNow is required.
  • Experience with ServiceNow or a similar content management system is preferred.
  • Human resources experience is preferred.
  • A content management or human resources certification is preferred.
