Senior Bilingual Recruiter (Spanish/English) – Remote

Lead bilingual recruitment for Cielo Talent clients by sourcing qualified candidates, advising hiring leaders, and mentoring recruiting team members throughout the hiring process.

Description

  • Conduct thorough intake meetings with hiring managers to define role requirements
  • Deliver relevant labor-market insights and recommendations
  • Partner with internal teams to plan and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies
  • Assess candidates against role requirements and present high-quality shortlists
  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines
  • Maintain candidate engagement through timely process updates
  • Work with hiring leaders to establish offers using market data and compensation guidelines
  • Coach recruiters and other team members
  • Represent client brands while maintaining proactive, timely communication throughout the recruitment cycle
  • Advise hiring leaders with consultative guidance and industry expertise

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
  • Substantial recruiting experience with a record of success in a corporate, RPO, or agency environment
  • Working knowledge of recruiting tools, including applicant tracking systems and social media platforms
  • Understanding of core human resources principles, practices, and talent acquisition metrics
  • Fluency in Spanish and English
  • Demonstrated strength in candidate sourcing
