Remote E-Commerce Associate

Build and maintain online stores for U.S. promotional products clients from a home-based role in the Philippines. Manage products, orders, integrations, and e-commerce support.

Description

  • Build online stores with features tailored to client requirements.
  • Maintain store pricing, product information, and graphics.
  • Understand the invoice types each store sends to customers.
  • Update client e-commerce sites in response to support tickets.
  • Check landing pages, product details, checkout flows, and other site elements for appearance, accuracy, and ease of use.
  • Coordinate template and product integrations and testing with external partners.
  • Track timelines for e-commerce site builds.
  • Meet service-level agreements for site maintenance requests.
  • Coordinate order production and communicate with suppliers through an e-commerce platform.
  • Provide administrative and project support for e-commerce work.
  • Handle other tasks related to the role.

Requirements

  • Manage multiple projects at once while maintaining close attention to detail.
  • Communicate effectively in spoken and written English.
  • Bring strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Follow projects through to timely completion.
  • Be familiar with web-based applications.
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field.
  • Have at least two years of experience in customer service or order management.
  • Be available for overnight shifts in Philippine time or shifts within U.S. operating hours.
  • Be proficient with Microsoft and Google applications.
  • Basic familiarity with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva is preferred.
  • Experience in the promotional products industry or comparable e-commerce work is beneficial.
  • Previous experience building stores with Shopify or another platform is a plus, but not required.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms is an advantage.
  • Know promotional industry software such as Shopify, BigCommerce, Sage, ESP, CommonSku, and Syncore.
