Senior Business Analyst and Finance Manager
Senior business analyst and finance manager for a growing SaaS company, turning financial data into decisions on KPIs, pricing, and profitability.
Description
- Partner with the data scientist to turn dashboards and source data into actionable management recommendations.
- Prepare regular KPI reports for management.
- Build and maintain cohort analyses and product-led growth revenue forecasts.
- Create and update pricing models.
- Report on pricing changes and track the competitive landscape.
- Run monthly cost reviews and prepare BWA reports.
- Review cost categories and identify ways to improve efficiency.
- Work with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams.
- Calculate commissions in the CRM, track performance, approve budgets, and analyze churn and product metrics.
- Coordinate with accounting, improve processes, and review posted entries.
- Manage several bank accounts and regularly assess investments, including call deposit accounts and insurance policies.
Requirements
- Bring 2–5 years of experience in business analytics, FP&A, finance, or controlling.
- Show that you can turn raw data and dashboards into practical business recommendations.
- Understand SaaS KPIs, recurring revenue models, and SaaS cost structures.
- Have experience with cost controlling, BWA reporting, and financial forecasting.
- Be confident working with KPIs and reporting, and use data to guide recommendations.
- Be fluent in English to support possible international expansion.
- Experience with SaaS or subscription cohort analysis, including retention, LTV, and payback, is an advantage.
- Experience with BI and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Evidence is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Product-Led Growth models and their metrics is an advantage.
- Familiarity with DATEV or other accounting software and accounting processes is an advantage.
- Experience in a fast-moving, scaling SaaS company is an advantage.
