Description

  • Lead capability strategy and enablement programs across the Cortex and Cloud portfolio
  • Create scalable initiatives that strengthen technical expertise, delivery consistency, consultant readiness, and COE methodology adoption
  • Prepare the organization for new products, AI capabilities, automation programs, and service offerings
  • Build capability roadmaps that reflect business priorities and customer requirements
  • Deliver technical sessions, workshops, labs, brown bags, deep dives, office hours, boot camps, and instructor-led training
  • Create role-specific enablement paths for consultants, architects, and delivery leads
  • Support consultant onboarding and ongoing professional development
  • Contribute to strategic customer engagements, pilot deployments, and new service launches
  • Coach consultants during customer work and support strategic partners through co-delivery
  • Evaluate partner capabilities, identify technical and delivery gaps, and serve as a technical advisor and escalation contact
  • Set capability benchmarks and readiness standards, evaluate competencies, and create improvement plans
  • Work with leaders on certification planning, technical growth, and career development
  • Track capability growth through assessments, certifications, delivery quality, and field performance
  • Create and maintain reusable workshops, labs, demonstrations, recordings, guides, knowledge articles, reference materials, and learning modules
  • Coordinate with Professional Services, Customer Success, Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Enablement, and strategic partners
  • Share field insights that shape capability priorities, service development, and product improvements

Requirements

  • Substantial experience delivering enterprise security solutions in a Professional Services environment
  • Advanced knowledge of Cortex technologies, including XSIAM, XSOAR, and Cortex XDR, and/or Cortex and Prisma Cloud
  • A record of mentoring, coaching, and developing technical professionals
  • Experience creating and delivering technical learning programs, workshops, labs, or capability development initiatives
  • Strong customer-facing consulting experience, including coaching teams through real-world engagements
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and influencing abilities
  • Ability to collaborate across cross-functional organizations without direct authority
  • Experience working with Professional Services, Customer Success, Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and partner organizations
