Operations Manager – Elements Massage (Denver Hybrid)

Guide Elements Massage franchise owners across performance, sales, customer experience, and brand standards. Provide regional operations coaching and support for WellBiz Brands’ health and wellness franchise network.

Description

  • Share brand priorities, operational focus areas, studio plans, opportunities, goals, and progress with studio owners.
  • Coach franchise owners and track progress against agreed action plans.
  • Take part in weekly update videos, monthly calls, open office hours, regional meetings, conference calls, and related forums.
  • Facilitate regional meetings and train franchise owners and managers on tools, systems, and operating practices.
  • Oversee a portfolio of 5–15 Elements Massage franchise owners and managers.
  • Review business, financial, operational, and consumer feedback data with franchise owners.
  • Diagnose root causes, identify opportunities, and create plans to improve revenue, profitability, member and guest experience, and operating effectiveness.
  • Conduct business reviews, set priorities and measurable objectives, and reinforce accountability and execution.
  • Interpret business and operational metrics and turn findings into practical recommendations.
  • Coordinate with Operations Directors, Operations Coaches, and the Senior Director of Operations on coaching priorities and support plans.
  • Escalate significant risks and opportunities when appropriate.
  • Visit studios and lead bootcamps to evaluate execution, reinforce brand standards, and provide hands-on coaching.
  • Deliver in-person sales and customer service training at least three times each month.
  • Represent studio owners when working with the Support Center.
  • Help develop, manage, and launch new programs with the Support Center.
  • Respond to ongoing owner questions and business needs.
  • Plan work schedules around priorities and maintaining visibility with franchise owners.
  • Complete additional duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related discipline preferred.
  • At least three years of experience supporting franchisees, working in a franchise business, or performing field operations successfully.
  • Multi-unit management background preferred.
  • Experience with Amazing Lash Studio, Elements Massage, or the health and wellness sector is a plus.
  • Exceptional leadership ability with demonstrated success in coaching, collaboration, and mentoring.
  • Experience advising franchisees, building practical business plans, reinforcing accountability, and coaching for measurable results.
  • Strong planning, time management, and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and redirect focus as needs change.
  • Sound business judgment supported by strong analytical and financial capabilities.
  • Ability to evaluate business and operating metrics and convert insights into actionable plans.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including group presentation delivery.
  • Strong ability to influence others.
  • Ability to earn trust, hold owners accountable, uncover improvement opportunities, create action plans, and ensure follow-through.
  • Ability to lead important initiatives through implementation under demanding deadlines.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a focus on improving operational effectiveness.
  • Ability to evaluate operations, programs, and staffing while honoring core enterprise values.
  • Adaptability in an environment of continual change.
  • Composure and confidence during stress, compressed timelines, and pressure.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, and internet tools.
  • Willingness to travel frequently, up to 75%.
  • Valid driver’s license and eligibility to be insured for rental vehicles.
  • Extensive travel by car and air, including weekend work.
  • Personal credit card required for travel-related expenses.
