Description
- Oversee complete recruitment and selection processes for roles at multiple levels and across diverse sectors.
- Publish vacancies and review incoming resumes.
- Identify and choose qualified candidates based on each opportunity’s criteria.
- Arrange and lead candidate interviews.
- Administer and assess skills and knowledge tests aligned with position requirements.
- Lead final-stage interviews.
- Compile reports on recruitment activities and outcomes.
- Maintain accurate interview stages and candidate progress in the recruitment system.
- Deliver clear, objective feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
- Coordinate several recruitment processes at once while keeping each stage organized and progressing on schedule.
