Description

  • Coordinate the receipt and return of corporate equipment and peripherals sent for repair under procurement procedures.
  • Maintain the corporate equipment fleet and support related procurement activities.
  • Install and perform initial configuration of Windows and macOS devices for new employees.
  • Keep accurate 1C records of equipment assigned to employees.
  • Prepare and configure devices for corporate use.
  • Create accounts in Active Directory, Google Workspace, Jira, and Slack using automated tools and templates.
  • Administer office access-control systems, including card issuance, replacement, updates, and deactivation.
  • Resolve application and operating-system issues on employee devices.
  • Conduct initial hardware and software diagnostics.
  • Install licensed and free software on corporate equipment.
  • Support corporate printers and printing services.
  • Maintain technical documentation according to established IT processes and service requirements.
  • Escalate hardware and software incidents to service providers when necessary.
  • Coordinate external contractors, including service centers and cartridge-refilling providers.
  • Identify equipment that meets corporate standards across local and international markets.
  • Help test new IT services through functional validation and data entry.
  • Restore operating systems following employee-device crashes or failures.
  • Configure access to banking platforms, electronic document-signing systems, and government or specialized portals.
  • Recommend and help assemble custom PC configurations based on business requirements.

Requirements

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems.
  • Basic understanding of antivirus protection principles.
  • Understanding of core Microsoft Windows security concepts.
  • At least one year of experience supporting Windows systems in a corporate environment.
  • Russian language proficiency is required.
  • English proficiency at B1 level or above.
  • Experience with Microsoft Active Directory is desirable.
  • Experience managing Group Policy is desirable.
  • Knowledge of Apple macOS and/or Linux systems is desirable.
  • Familiarity with virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V is desirable.
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence is desirable.
  • Knowledge of active network equipment such as Mikrotik or Ubiquiti is desirable.
  • PowerShell scripting experience is desirable.
  • Basic Windows Server administration skills are desirable.
  • Practical experience installing structured cabling is desirable.
  • Experience with IT asset accounting and inventory management is desirable.
