Description

  • Manage renewals and collections activities
  • Negotiate with customers and turn conversations into opportunities
  • Understand each customer’s needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Recover outstanding balances while strengthening customer relationships
  • Provide advice and manage customer interactions by phone
  • Complete 25 days of training and adaptation to the commercial model

Requirements

  • At least one year of recent, verifiable experience in collections, debt recovery, customer retention, or loyalty programs
  • Technological degree or professional qualification in any field
  • Negotiation, empathy, communication, and objection-handling skills
  • Experience managing customers and working through telephone channels
  • Proficiency with digital and office productivity tools
  • Residence in Colombia
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
