- At least one year of recent, verifiable experience in collections, debt recovery, customer retention, or loyalty programs
- Technological degree or professional qualification in any field
- Negotiation, empathy, communication, and objection-handling skills
- Experience managing customers and working through telephone channels
- Proficiency with digital and office productivity tools
- Residence in Colombia
- Availability to work Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
