International Mobility Coordinator at Philips – Łódź Hybrid

Coordinate international mobility, rewards, and transportation operations for Philips in Łódź. Partner with global stakeholders, vendors, and logistics teams to manage programs, data, shipments, and continuous improvements.

Description

  • Own expert support for compensation, benefits, grading, job evaluations, and international mobility.
  • Help design, administer, and improve rewards and mobility programs.
  • Partner with internal teams and external vendors to deliver programs effectively.
  • Perform compensation analysis, salary benchmarking, job evaluations, and rewards reporting.
  • Keep data accurate and support well-informed decisions.
  • Improve rewards processes, tools, policies, and programs.
  • Advise managers, recruiters, and employees on pay structures, incentives, benefits, and mobility policies.
  • Track transportation capacity and service performance.
  • Coordinate shipments, monitor progress, and resolve delays or transportation issues.
  • Provide shipment updates and manage escalations with stakeholders and external partners.
  • Maintain high-quality master and transactional data across transportation activities.
  • Review transportation KPIs and trends to identify savings and process improvements.
  • Assist with inbound and outbound transportation planning.
  • Contribute to logistics projects, system rollouts, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Help onboard new carriers and transportation routes.
  • Coach team members on transportation processes, systems, and effective practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, business administration, finance, economics, or a related discipline.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Knowledge of rewards practices, including compensation, benefits, job evaluation, salary benchmarking, and international mobility.
  • Three to five years of multinational experience in rewards, compensation and benefits, international mobility, HR operations, or a comparable area.
  • Proactive, analytical, customer-focused, and committed to ongoing learning and development.
  • Strong stakeholder management capability.
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in transportation management, freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain operations.
  • Understanding of international transportation, Incoterms, and customs requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience using SAP, transportation management systems, and Microsoft Office.
  • Able to work effectively in a global, fast-moving environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English.
