HR Business Partner – Tunis (Hybrid)

Support Henner Group’s HR operations across its Tunis, Nairobi, and Abidjan sites. Advise managers, lead recruitment activities, and implement HR programs for the employee benefits and insurance business.

Description

  • Support business units across the Tunis, Nairobi, and Abidjan sites
  • Implement HR initiatives throughout the assigned scope
  • Help Management execute the Group’s strategy at an operational level
  • Advise line managers on employee follow-up, onboarding, departures, and disciplinary matters
  • Maintain legal compliance and foster constructive employee relations
  • Take part in training programs and major annual HR activities, including People Reviews
  • Coordinate several recruitment processes at the same time
  • Offer practical HR guidance to managers and HR assistants
  • Support workplace health prevention and employee skills development
  • Track annual and professional reviews while supporting internal mobility
  • Help design and deliver the skills development plan
  • Contribute to cross-functional HR initiatives
  • Handle individual and collective procedures, CV screening, interviews, and onboarding follow-up
  • Assess recruitment requirements, write job advertisements, and coordinate with public employment services
  • Apply employment regulations, company agreements, and internal procedures
  • Organize and follow up on meetings with employee representative bodies

Requirements

  • Master’s degree or Bac+5 equivalent in Human Resources, business, or another university discipline
  • Two to three years of HR management experience in a multi-site environment
  • Pragmatic, self-directed, proactive, and adaptable approach
  • Ability to work effectively across multicultural teams
  • Strong interpersonal and diplomatic abilities
  • Skill in building trusted relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work and communicate daily in English with managers and employees across different countries
