Growth Marketing Manager (Remote, Egypt)

Lead paid and organic B2B acquisition for a U.S.-based HR and staffing firm. Improve campaigns, conversion funnels, analytics, and consultation bookings.

Description

  • Create, launch, and refine lead-generation campaigns for employer-client acquisition, initially focusing on Meta platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
  • Build campaign strategies around priority services, target client segments, offers, and consultation-driven calls to action.
  • Experiment with audiences, messaging, creative, placements, budgets, and campaign structures to improve lead quality and lower cost per lead.
  • Assess and recommend LinkedIn, Google, and other paid channels according to performance and business objectives.
  • Create an integrated growth strategy spanning paid media, organic social, landing pages, lead forms, and client follow-up.
  • Review and improve the journey from initial engagement to qualified inquiry or consultation booking.
  • Find ways to strengthen positioning, offers, calls to action, and lead-nurturing activities.
  • Apply performance insights to improve funnels and prioritize client-acquisition initiatives.
  • Own the strategic direction of client-facing Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn channels.
  • Prepare monthly campaign plans, content priorities, and creative briefs with the Content Marketing Specialist.
  • Shape content themes using leadership perspectives, service expertise, client stories, and thought-leadership subjects.
  • Coordinate organic content with paid marketing initiatives.
  • Implement and maintain measurement across conversion events, pixels, UTM tracking, CRM handoffs, and reporting dashboards.
  • Monitor marketing expenditure, leads, engagement, conversions, and overall campaign results.
  • Deliver recurring reports covering performance, lessons learned, and recommended actions.
  • Turn marketing data into clear decisions, priorities, and recommendations.
  • Partner with leadership and the Content Marketing Specialist on campaigns, messaging, priorities, and feedback.
  • Set creative direction strategically while relying on others to produce individual marketing assets.
  • Explain marketing results and recommendations clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Applicants must be located in LATAM, Africa, or Eastern Europe.
  • Be available from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, aligned with the client’s U.S. business hours.
  • Bring at least four years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, paid media, performance marketing, or a comparable B2B marketing position.
  • Show proven success managing paid social campaigns that generated qualified leads.
  • Experience in B2B, professional services, staffing, HR, consulting, or another trust-based service business is strongly preferred.
  • Have managed campaigns across the B2B client-acquisition funnel.
  • Use marketing performance data to improve campaigns and conversion journeys.
  • Demonstrate strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, including testing, audience targeting, conversion optimization, and lead reporting.
  • Build and optimize lead-generation campaigns focused on qualified inquiries and consultation bookings.
  • Have experience with tracking tools, Google Analytics, CRM platforms, dashboards, and conversion-event configuration.
  • Implement and manage pixels, UTM parameters, conversion events, and CRM handoffs.
  • Apply strong analytical skills to convert campaign data into clear decisions and recommendations.
  • Connect paid media, organic social, landing pages, lead forms, and follow-up processes within an integrated growth strategy.
  • Develop campaign plans, content priorities, and creative briefs.
  • Provide creative direction while working with content and leadership teams.
  • Be highly organized and able to advance marketing initiatives independently.
