Front End Claims Adjuster - Dallas, TX

Investigate coverage, liability, damages, and eligibility while managing claims from first contact through resolution. Negotiate settlements, support policyholders, and deliver responsive service in a high-volume claims environment.

Description

  • Investigate coverage, liability, and claim damages
  • Negotiate with claimants, attorneys, and other insurers throughout each claim
  • Exercise settlement authority within assigned limits
  • Manage claims from initial contact through final resolution
  • Conduct thorough investigations and confirm claimant eligibility
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships
  • Handle high call volumes while providing responsive customer service
  • Work independently while contributing effectively in a team environment
  • Use critical thinking and problem-solving to resolve claim issues

Requirements

  • At least 1–2 years of call center or contact center experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and standard industry web applications
  • Ability to protect confidential information
  • Three to five years of claims handling experience preferred
  • Bilingual communication skills preferred but not required
  • Service Advisor or Service Drive experience preferred
  • Basic knowledge of automotive systems preferred
