Developer Success Engineer

Help developers integrate Stytch products at Twilio by debugging code, building features, and sharing customer feedback with product teams.

Description

  • Work with developers as they learn how Stytch works
  • Guide customers through implementation design and answer their questions
  • Represent customer perspectives within Stytch
  • Share customer insights with Product, Design, and Engineering
  • Code improvements and new features for Stytch and Twilio products
  • Build features and fix bugs across Stytch and Twilio products
  • Provide customers with technical guidance
  • Improve documentation and processes for internal and external teams
  • Travel occasionally for project or team meetings in person

Requirements

  • Show a strong interest in understanding customers’ needs and concerns
  • Bring curiosity, persistence, and determination to troubleshoot complex technical issues and find root causes
  • Have at least two years of coding experience building, debugging, or automating in support, solutions, or software engineering
  • Have practical programming experience in a major language
  • Be able to debug customer integrations, SDKs, and open-source libraries
  • Be able to deliver small, well-tested changes in an existing codebase
  • Understand modern web services and APIs
  • Communicate clearly and credibly with people at all levels
  • Be based in the East Coast time zone
  • Customer-facing technical work, experience with SAML or OAuth, MFA, or IdPs, and work on a dedicated software development or product team are preferred
