Content Editor, Digital Branch — DSV-Gruppe, Düsseldorf (On-site)

Create and maintain German content for the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe’s Internet-Filiale in DSV-Gruppe’s digital branch. The role covers CMS production, content quality assurance, and second-level editorial support.

Description

  • Contribute to the editorial and conceptual development of Digital Branch content
  • Translate content concepts into deliverables within the Internet-Filiale CMS
  • Refine modules and content components through editorial updates
  • Maintain and quality-check existing content against the Internet-Filiale editorial style guide
  • Provide second-level support to the Internet-Filiale help desk on subject and content questions through the ticketing system
  • Join cross-functional coordination meetings with internal stakeholders
  • Develop recommendations for Product Management
  • Set implementation priorities and maintain workload documentation

Requirements

  • Completed editorial training or a degree in communications or a related discipline
  • Professional experience in editorial work, an agency, or communications
  • Hands-on experience with CMS and ticketing systems, especially JIRA; Adobe AEM experience is preferred
  • Strong ability to conceive and produce editorial content
  • Fluent German language skills
  • Technical confidence and the ability to learn unfamiliar technical subjects independently
  • Self-directed, solution-focused working style with clear prioritization, strong service orientation, and a high quality standard
  • Resilience, adaptability, and confidence coordinating across departments, including with department heads
