Description

  • Lead the delivery of advanced AI and machine-learning solutions.
  • Create and refine algorithms, models, and systems that enable automation and informed decisions.
  • Turn raw data into practical insights that guide business decisions and growth.
  • Direct complex data analysis and integration efforts to strengthen data quality and infrastructure.
  • Manage data models and relational database environments.
  • Develop team capability, assign work to individual strengths, and oversee performance.
  • Resolve conflicts and address sensitive issues with clients and stakeholders.
  • Maintain professional and technical standards, including the firm’s conduct code and independence rules.
  • Establish and assess tests for AI behavior, performance, resilience, bias, explainability, and failure scenarios.
  • Evaluate technical controls and supporting evidence to produce clear, defensible findings, limitations, and recommendations.
  • Build reusable evaluation tools, automated testing, reference datasets, monitoring systems, and evidence processes.
  • Lead teams and client accounts through strategic planning, coaching, and delivery management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • At least four years of relevant experience.
  • A background in Analytics or Data Science, Artificial Intelligence or Robotics, Computer Science or Information Systems, or Engineering is preferred.
  • Strong capability in AI implementation and advanced data analysis.
  • Proficiency with Python and programming languages used for data modeling.
  • Experience designing data infrastructure and integration strategies.
  • Knowledge of machine-learning and deep-learning methods.
  • Experience with sentiment analysis and pattern recognition for text analytics.
  • Experience leading technical teams responsible for production AI deployment, monitoring, evaluation, and incident response.
  • Ability to evaluate failure modes, bias, drift, hallucinations, explainability, and guardrails rigorously.
  • Ability to make and explain architecture trade-offs that support measurable, defensible results.
  • Experience defining, measuring, and communicating technical and business outcomes.
  • Ability to explain technical findings, limitations, and architecture decisions to clients and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Ability to coach team members while protecting delivery quality.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%.
