- Develop new and existing business by supporting customers, qualifying opportunities, recommending suitable services, and closing transactions
- Establish sales direction and policies while managing the execution of sales plans
- Create and present proposals and bids, and negotiate client terms and conditions
- Strengthen new and existing customer relationships through clear communication and high-quality service
- Track competitor offerings and customer responses to inform market strategy
- Identify unmet customer needs and recommend new solutions and services
- Work with key decision-makers to uncover opportunities and develop sales-generating ideas
- Use Salesforce to document customer activity and manage the sales process
- Complete other assigned responsibilities
Requirements
- At least three years of experience in quota-driven sales; industry experience or knowledge is preferred
- Experience using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
- Strong understanding of commercial equipment leasing, sales, marketing, and funding documentation
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Self-motivated with a proactive, results-oriented approach
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong customer focus, with the ability to develop newly assigned accounts and grow relationships with existing customers
