Talent Operations Analyst - Chicago Onsite

Armanino is hiring a Talent Operations Analyst to support Talent Acquisition through recruiting systems management, reporting, dashboards, and workforce analytics. This full-time, onsite role is based in Chicago and focuses on improving recruiting operations and data accuracy.

  • Provide day-to-day operational support to the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Maintain accurate recruiting data and reporting across the ATS and connected systems.
  • Build, automate, and manage recruiting dashboards, reports, and leadership summaries.
  • Evaluate recruiting metrics and trends to deliver actionable guidance to Talent Acquisition leaders.
  • Find ways to simplify processes, increase efficiency, and reduce manual reporting work.
  • Assist with ATS administration, system upgrades, testing, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare executive presentations, organizational charts, and workforce analytics when required.
  • Troubleshoot recruiting issues for recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.
  • Coordinate recruiting operations such as interview scheduling, offer preparation, and referral processing.
  • Handle additional responsibilities as assigned.

आवश्यकताएँ

  • At least two years of experience in Talent Acquisition Operations, Recruiting Operations, HR Operations, or a related analytical position in a professional services setting.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP, Power Query, dashboard development, and data analysis.
  • An Excel, data analytics, or comparable technical certification is required.
  • Demonstrated precision and commitment to maintaining data integrity.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Well-developed analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Dependable, responsive, and effective at prioritizing work.
  • Comfort managing high-volume, process-driven tasks while preserving accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Workday Recruiting and reporting experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and their use in everyday workflows is preferred.
