Talent Acquisition Specialist - Barcelona Hybrid
Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist supporting sales and customer care hiring for Ringover’s cloud communications platform. The role covers sourcing, hiring-manager partnership, employer branding, and recruitment across five countries.

- Source candidates proactively through LinkedIn and other recruiting platforms
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines
- Review incoming applications and identify strong matches
- Conduct introductory calls to pre-screen candidates
- Collaborate with Sales and Care managers on hiring briefs and candidate personas
- Evaluate and refine scorecards to support consistent, fair assessments
- Serve as a trusted recruiting partner to hiring managers
- Support employer-branding initiatives across LinkedIn, events, and campuses
- Help plan and deliver recruiting events for candidates and students
- Create inventive ways to attract attention in competitive talent markets
- Recruit candidates across France, Spain, the United Kingdom, the United States, and Colombia
- Collaborate with teams across Europe and the Americas
आवश्यकताएँ
- Prior experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, either in-house or at an agency, is essential
- A strong interest in recruitment and helping people find suitable opportunities
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with natural curiosity and attentive listening
- An ownership-oriented mindset with reliable follow-through
- Fluency in French and English is required
- Spanish proficiency is a significant advantage
- An established network in sales or customer-success talent is highly beneficial
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving international environment with changing priorities
