  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines
  • Review incoming applications and identify strong matches
  • Conduct introductory calls to pre-screen candidates
  • Collaborate with Sales and Care managers on hiring briefs and candidate personas
  • Evaluate and refine scorecards to support consistent, fair assessments
  • Serve as a trusted recruiting partner to hiring managers
  • Support employer-branding initiatives across LinkedIn, events, and campuses
  • Help plan and deliver recruiting events for candidates and students
  • Create inventive ways to attract attention in competitive talent markets
  • Recruit candidates across France, Spain, the United Kingdom, the United States, and Colombia
  • Collaborate with teams across Europe and the Americas

  • Prior experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, either in-house or at an agency, is essential
  • A strong interest in recruitment and helping people find suitable opportunities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with natural curiosity and attentive listening
  • An ownership-oriented mindset with reliable follow-through
  • Fluency in French and English is required
  • Spanish proficiency is a significant advantage
