- Keep candidate profiles current in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Maintain consistent, accurate data across HR and recruitment platforms
- Prepare recruitment and operational reports for internal stakeholders
- Organize candidate files and recruitment documentation
- Help prepare contracts and coordinate onboarding tasks
- Arrange interviews and manage candidate appointments
- Follow up with candidates and help deliver a positive experience
- Assist with reference checks and onboarding coordination
- Facilitate communication among recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates
- Support corporate and account-related communications
- Arrange meetings, interviews, and conference calls
- Provide daily administrative assistance to the recruitment team
- Keep recruitment trackers and supporting documentation up to date
- Contribute to process improvements and compliance work
- Take part in ad hoc HR and recruitment projects
आवश्यकताएँ
- Previous experience in HR administration, HR coordination, recruitment coordination, shared services, recruitment support, or a comparable position
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office
- Confidence using HR and recruitment systems
- Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- A proactive, adaptable, and customer-focused approach
- Ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-moving environment
- French language skills are an advantage
