Remote Client Success Specialist at GreenPath
Support GreenPath’s Debt Management Program clients remotely by phone, managing accounts, payments, creditor communications, and financial wellness progress.
विवरण
- Assist Debt Management Program clients by phone
- Handle consecutive calls in a call center setting
- Manage client accounts to support accurate, smooth account service
- Coordinate proposals, payments, deposits, and communications with creditors
- Review accounts proactively to detect and resolve problems
- Keep records accurate while following applicable state regulations
- Work with internal teams to deliver a consistent client experience
- Encourage clients and help them stay engaged throughout their financial journey
- Complete three weeks of required full-time training before moving to the standard schedule
आवश्यकताएँ
- Two to three years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center
- Associate degree preferred; a bachelor’s degree may replace the experience requirement
- Professional and discreet when assisting clients with sensitive financial matters
- Communicate clearly, empathetically, and professionally
- Experience using Windows-based systems and CRM software
- Comfortable working with numbers and performing basic financial calculations
- Able to review credit card statements, due dates, and payment schedules
- Have a private, enclosed workspace with a door for remote work
- Use a hard-wired Ethernet connection with standard broadband internet
- Have a security camera in addition to the standard computer equipment
- Maintain a home environment suitable for productive work and not used as a substitute for caregiving
- Internet speed of at least 200 Mbps for one-person households or 400 Mbps for households with two or more people
- Available Monday through Friday, including one late-night shift each week
- Complete required full-time training beginning November 30, 2026
