Business Analyst - Canada Remote

- Conduct client interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions to clarify business needs, processes, exceptions, and desired outcomes
- Convert business needs into functional requirements, user stories, process flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria
- Assess gaps, constraints, dependencies, and conflicting requirements while helping shape workable solutions
- Keep requirements, meeting records, decision logs, and related project documentation current
- Design UAT scenarios and guide clients through testing and validation
- Showcase product capabilities and align them with documented business requirements
- Prepare client training materials and deliver training sessions
- Act as the ongoing client contact for requirements, testing, process decisions, and training
- Work with the Project Manager to support the wider client relationship
- Coordinate with Project Management, Development, QA, and Product teams
- Help deliver implementation milestones from discovery through go-live
- Create reusable internal resources such as process guides, configuration notes, and knowledge-base content
- Investigate relevant direct-selling practices to inform recommendations and client solutions
- Apply security and data-handling procedures aligned with SOC 2 and PCI-DSS requirements
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bring 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or similar, ideally in software implementation or SaaS environments
- Communicate clearly in writing and conversation, including when explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Have experience producing functional requirements, user stories, process flows, or comparable documentation
- Apply strong analytical, problem-solving, and detail-oriented working practices
- Manage competing priorities and adjust to changing timelines in a fast-moving environment
- Work effectively both independently and with cross-functional teams
- Have familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or comparable project and collaboration tools
- Have familiarity with AI-assisted tools for requirements documentation, research, and workflow efficiency
- Possess general knowledge of relational databases and SQL, preferred
- Bring direct-selling or MLM industry experience, preferred
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline, preferred; equivalent professional experience is considered
- Follow security and data-handling procedures aligned with SOC 2 and PCI-DSS requirements
