Tavsif

  • Design and deliver secure, scalable AI features and shared services for production use.
  • Use generative AI, machine learning, deep learning, and computer vision to address product needs.
  • Create solutions with LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, AI agents, workflow orchestration, and conventional machine learning.
  • Build backend services and APIs that connect AI capabilities to existing products.
  • Evaluate, monitor, and tune AI systems for reliability, performance, and cost.
  • Help shape reusable AI architecture, prototypes, and production releases.
  • Use AI-native engineering practices across the software development lifecycle.
  • Improve engineering productivity with AI coding agents, spec-driven development, and automation.
  • Build and apply AI agents, reusable skills, and automated workflows for implementation, testing, code review, and delivery.
  • Advance agentic development lifecycle practices while preserving software quality, security, and maintainability.
  • Work with product management and engineering colleagues to turn product needs into technical solutions.
  • Join architecture and design reviews, code reviews, and technical decisions.
  • Mentor engineers and support engineering standards, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
  • Keep up with new AI technologies and AI-native engineering practices.

Talablar

  • At least six years of professional software engineering experience, with strong system design and software architecture skills.
  • Demonstrated experience building and launching AI-powered applications or product features in production.
  • Hands-on expertise with modern AI platforms such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Google Gemini, or Claude.
  • Strong grasp of LLMs, transformer models, prompt engineering, RAG architectures, AI agents, and workflow orchestration.
  • Working knowledge of data science and machine learning fundamentals, including model evaluation and performance.
  • Experience building backend systems, APIs, and scalable cloud solutions on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Proficiency with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor.
  • Experience using AI-native engineering methods, including spec-driven development and AI-assisted software workflows.
  • Practical knowledge of agentic software development, including agent-assisted implementation, automated tests, verification, and development automation.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
  • Preferred: Experience delivering AI features in commercial software products.
  • Preferred: Experience in computer vision, image or video analytics, deep learning, or predictive machine learning.
  • Preferred: Experience with local or self-hosted models, Hugging Face, and the Model Context Protocol (MCP).
  • Preferred: Experience with AI agent orchestration frameworks and production machine learning pipelines.
  • Preferred: Experience creating custom AI coding agents, reusable agent skills, automated verification, and CI/CD integration.
  • Preferred: Experience building reusable AI services or shared AI platforms.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with Agile methods and work in regulated or security-focused environments.
