Tavsif

  • Lead Two Chairs’ Product Management organization and oversee four senior product managers
  • Report to the SVP of Product & Engineering while partnering as a peer with the Head of Engineering & Data and Senior Director of Design
  • Manage, mentor, and develop product managers through high-autonomy leadership and clear expectations
  • Advance senior product management practices, including defining how AI should influence the discipline
  • Support team health, capacity, and development by fostering psychological safety, inclusion, and ongoing learning
  • Create and communicate a multi-year product strategy aligned with the company vision and business priorities
  • Lead annual and quarterly planning across roadmaps, estimates, launch timing, and technical foundations
  • Explain roadmap implications across the organization and establish lean-team product practices
  • Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Data, Clinical, Operations, Finance, commercial teams, the CEO, and executive leadership
  • Link product and technology decisions to commercial value while aligning roadmaps for clinical, client, and commercial users
  • Build strong working relationships with product managers and cross-functional partners during the first 90 days
  • Own key company OKRs and deliver software that advances therapist, client, and commercial outcomes

  • Demonstrated success leading product organizations and managing senior product managers with an empowering coaching approach
  • Strong perspective on product management craft, including experience developing senior PMs into principal PMs
  • Sound prioritization judgment and the confidence to decline requests while clearly explaining the rationale
  • Proven partnership with Engineering, Design, and Data leaders, with a collaborative approach that avoids product-engineering silos
  • Ability to earn trust with leaders outside Product, including founders and CEOs
  • Experience defining multi-year product strategy and presenting it effectively to leadership
  • Background in a startup or high-growth environment where speed and resource constraints were significant
  • Commitment to empathy, inclusion, and psychological safety
  • Healthcare experience is advantageous, particularly in commercial areas such as health plans, payers, or market-facing work; complex B2B or services experience is also relevant
  • Interest in healthcare or other mission-driven work and in understanding the clinicians who use the products
  • Authorized to work for any U.S. employer; employment visa sponsorship is not available
