Senior Clinical Implementation Manager - Colorado Remote

Lead clinical implementation of Beacon’s at-home EEG diagnostics for U.S. sleep-care customers. Drive training, go-lives, workflow adoption, and sustained clinical utilization.

Tavsif

  • Lead clinical and operational implementation of Beacon's diagnostic solutions for assigned customers from pre-signature through sustained daily use.
  • Deliver demonstrations, create implementation plans, provide clinical education and training, support go-lives, and guide accounts through post-launch adoption.
  • Manage end-to-end implementation delivery, including kickoff, project planning, milestone tracking, risk identification, stabilization, and transition to steady-state support.
  • Provide clinical support virtually and on site throughout implementation.
  • Create implementation plans for clinical workflows, staffing, order and result routing, patient communications, and administrative processes.
  • Coordinate resources across Customer Success, Clinical, Technical Services, Support, and Product.
  • Deliver role-specific training and demonstrations while maintaining reusable training materials, guides, and competency checklists.
  • Monitor adoption outcomes, utilization, ordering patterns, turnaround times, and workflow adherence; provide refresher training when needed.
  • Identify the causes of low or inconsistent usage and lead corrective actions.
  • Work with clinical and operational leaders to redesign workflows and connect usage data with customer objectives.
  • Act as the clinical operations contact from pre-sale through implementation and early adoption.
  • Serve as the clinical subject matter expert for sleep-testing workflows and home sleep apnea testing.
  • Work with Regional Sales Managers on handoffs, QBRs, renewal or expansion discussions, and adoption-risk identification.
  • Share implementation feedback with Product, identify friction points, recommend scalable solutions, and support go-to-market readiness.
  • Mentor and coach peers and newer specialists while developing team templates and playbooks.
  • Set multi-quarter priorities for the clinical implementation function and represent the function in cross-team planning.
  • Launch improvement initiatives focused on process, tooling, or enablement gaps.
  • Follow regulatory, compliance, quality, and privacy requirements for medical devices and SaMD, including HIPAA, and support audits and documentation.

Talablar

  • Current RPSGT certification.
  • At least eight years of direct experience in sleep medicine, sleep-lab operations, or home sleep apnea testing.
  • Experience owning healthcare demonstrations, customer implementations, clinical training, or go-live support.
  • Experience training and educating both clinical and administrative audiences.
  • Cross-functional experience with Sales, Customer Support, Marketing, and Product teams.
  • A track record of mentoring or coaching peers and establishing standards or best practices adopted beyond your individual work.
  • Experience planning initiatives across multiple quarters and stakeholder groups.
  • Willingness to travel nationally approximately 50–75%, including for on-site go-live support.
  • Working familiarity with CRM systems, enablement platforms, and project-tracking tools.
  • Based in the United States and aligned with the West territory.
  • Familiarity with healthcare IT systems; EHR or EMR experience is a plus.
  • Experience supporting SaMD or regulated medical-device products is preferred.
  • Previous experience at an early-stage or growth-stage healthcare company is preferred.
  • Experience building functional playbooks, templates, or training curricula from the ground up is preferred.
