Tavsif

  • Develop RAG system components with senior guidance while taking on greater autonomy
  • Create tests and contribute to evaluation harnesses
  • Develop production software across AI applications, backend services, and data pipelines
  • Connect AI capabilities with backend services and REST APIs
  • Help deploy containerized applications to AWS through CI/CD pipelines
  • Maintain documentation, runbooks, and materials for client handovers
  • Contribute to technical conversations and architecture decisions
  • Assist with model evaluation and analyze failure modes to improve system performance
  • Gradually assume ownership of components and technical decisions

Talablar

  • Take initiative and work independently, seeking clarity instead of waiting for assigned tickets
  • Communicate clearly and solve problems effectively

  • Have practical experience building or contributing to RAG systems, preferably in production or near-production settings
  • Use Python and/or TypeScript effectively
  • Have practical AWS experience with services such as Lambda, S3, or ECS
  • Have worked with containers and CI/CD on real projects
  • Have exposure to evaluating non-deterministic systems and conducting test or evaluation cycles
  • Understand the fundamentals of model and agent monitoring
  • Recognize cost and latency trade-offs in LLM-based applications
  • Have practical experience using LLM APIs such as Anthropic, AWS Bedrock, or OpenAI
  • Bring at least two years of software or ML engineering experience, including exposure to production systems
  • Have solid AI/ML fundamentals and understand common model failure modes
