Tavsif

  • Represent Slate at delivery-partner locations as the on-site operations lead
  • Develop and improve wrap-installation operations across partner facilities
  • Audit installation quality, identify defects, and coordinate real-time resolutions with installation teams
  • Train and coach partner installers on Slate’s standard operating procedures
  • Track and report site metrics such as throughput, defect rate, cycle time, and SLA compliance
  • Escalate performance trends to the Partner Operations Lead with root-cause analysis and corrective recommendations
  • Serve as the primary escalation contact for customer complaints and warranty claims at assigned sites
  • Work with Slate’s core team to resolve complaints and claims within established SLAs
  • Verify wrap-kit receiving, VIN-to-kit matching, and inventory-handling procedures
  • Identify and correct process deviations at partner facilities
  • Prepare new partner sites for launch through facility walkthroughs, staffing and layout reviews, and workflow setup
  • Recommend SOP revisions and process improvements that increase installation speed, quality, and consistency
  • Build strong delivery-partner relationships to support prompt issue resolution and daily collaboration

Talablar

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
  • At least four years of experience in field operations, manufacturing operations, quality management, automotive services, or a comparable operational role
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain rigorous quality standards in production or installation settings
  • Experience conducting audits, detecting defects, and implementing corrective actions
  • Background training and coaching frontline teams on procedures, work instructions, or quality standards
  • Strong communication and relationship-management capabilities
  • Highly organized, detail-focused, and process-oriented
  • Ability to analyze site KPIs, recognize performance patterns, and present findings clearly to leaders
  • Availability to work full-time on-site at partner locations during launches and regularly afterward
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% among multiple sites in the region
  • Sound field judgment and the ability to act without constant escalation
  • Preferred: experience in automotive reconditioning, dealership operations, fleet services, or vehicle aftermarket services
  • Preferred: experience working directly within a partner or third-party facility
  • Preferred: familiarity with quality-management methods such as DPMO tracking, first-pass yield, root-cause analysis, or 8D
  • Preferred: experience using or developing operational dashboards
  • Preferred: familiarity with fulfillment receiving and inventory-management processes
  • Preferred: exposure to vinyl wrap installation, large-format graphics, or vehicle-personalization products
