Tavsif

  • Develop and manage strategies for assigned large contractor accounts
  • Increase account share, profitability, and customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate executive relationships across key accounts
  • Set performance goals and monitor the sales pipeline
  • Organize sales activities and track active projects
  • Resolve critical customer issues
  • Lead account plans and Statement of Work growth initiatives
  • Assess customer drivers, risks, impacts, and opportunities for ABB
  • Shape account sales strategies around current and long-term customer plans
  • Set sales targets and contribute to market pricing analysis
  • Track competitor activity and implement suitable response strategies
  • Support ABB’s Electrification IBC team across the Western United States

Talablar

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent education
  • 12 years of electrical-industry experience, including work with contractors and distributors across California, the Pacific Northwest, Mountain, and Chicago regions
  • Strong knowledge of electrification products and contractor project quoting
  • Experience developing market analyses and business development plans through a structured approach
  • Technical experience with low- and medium-voltage electrical equipment preferred
  • Availability to travel as needed
  • Preferred home base in Nevada, Arizona, Utah, or Colorado
  • Existing U.S. work authorization that permits employment with ABB
