VP of Technology Delivery
Lead Two Circles’ North American technology delivery, overseeing delivery operations, resource planning, commercial performance and regional leadership. Partner with executives and teams across Product, Go-To-Market, Finance and global delivery.
Opis
- Own the North American technology delivery portfolio and its senior leadership.
- Embed delivery frameworks, governance and operating rhythms across North America.
- Oversee planning, reporting, escalation and decisions across programmes.
- Resolve complex delivery, resourcing and commercial challenges as the senior escalation point.
- Partner with the EVP of Technology for North America on operations, strategy, people and client relationships.
- Work with Product and Go-To-Market leaders on resourcing, priorities and delivery trade-offs.
- Represent North American delivery to senior technical and business stakeholders, including client executives.
- Set approaches for resource planning, capacity and utilization.
- Ensure teams track time and effort accurately using agreed tools and processes.
- Work with Commercial and Finance on margins, forecasts and Statements of Work.
- Spot delivery risks early and lead corrective action.
- Coordinate with Delivery Directors in EMEA and APAC on global standards, tools and expectations.
- Share delivery practices across regions and bring North American learning into the global model.
- Lead, coach and develop Programme and Delivery leaders.
- Build a collaborative, transparent culture of continuous improvement.
- Build trusted relationships across delivery, engineering, product and client-facing teams.
Zahteve
- Bring substantial senior delivery leadership experience, ideally as a direct partner to an executive such as a CTO or EVP.
- Have a record of delivering complex digital products, SaaS platforms or data-led programmes in a consultancy, agency or product-focused technology organization.
- Have experience establishing delivery frameworks, governance and operating models at scale, including in fast-growing organizations.
- Demonstrate experience with resource management, utilization, delivery tools and time tracking.
- Have worked across global or multi-region delivery organizations and be credible as a peer to senior delivery leaders.
- Bring commercial judgment and experience using delivery data to guide margins, forecasts and client outcomes.
- Communicate and manage stakeholders effectively, influencing senior technical and non-technical audiences, including client executives.
- Show a record of performing well in fast-paced, ambiguous and high-pressure environments.
