Opis

  • Manage a major Ticketmaster sports and venues account, providing responsive client support.
  • Advise clients on Ticketmaster marketing offerings, with particular focus on paid media.
  • Coordinate campaign delivery and contribute to revenue growth goals.
  • Retain performance media investment across the client portfolio.
  • Oversee complex digital campaigns, analytics work, and related initiatives from planning through delivery.
  • Build deep knowledge of each client’s business, challenges, organization, and relevant Ticketmaster solutions.
  • Recommend cross-channel marketing plans that address client goals.
  • Use ticketing data and Ticketmaster’s ticketing technology infrastructure.
  • Review campaign results, spot trends, refine activity, and identify potential upsell opportunities.
  • Communicate clearly with clients and internal partners.
  • Build and sustain productive relationships with internal teams and colleagues.
  • Run client calls and meetings, shaping the narrative and preparing supporting materials.
  • Help clients use Ticketmaster products and services, including reporting and audience segmentation tools.
  • Contribute copy, resize images, and handle similar campaign tasks across channels.
  • Manage, coach, and support a marketing associate manager.
  • Keep up with developments in live entertainment and marketing.

Zahteve

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related discipline.
  • Five to seven years of experience in a comparable digital marketing role.
  • Experience at a digital media agency is an advantage.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical abilities.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of digital media platforms and businesses.
  • Expertise in at least one channel: on-site advertising, search engine marketing, programmatic display, or paid social.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and comprehension skills.
  • Ability to adapt communication to different audiences.
  • Understanding of and interest in the business side of sports.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
  • Familiarity with AI tools.
  • Ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues at executive, mid-management, and operational levels.
  • Creative approach to solving problems.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
