Opis

  • Grow the Shopify store’s revenue, conversion rate, average order value, and customer experience through operational and commercial improvements.
  • Review the customer journey across categories, product pages, navigation, cart, and checkout to find ways to improve it.
  • Plan and run conversion optimization initiatives and tests with Design, Development, and external partners.
  • Improve merchandising through product placement, category structure, bundles, cross-selling, and upselling.
  • Coordinate e-commerce campaigns and promotions with Performance Marketing, CRM, and Product & Brand.
  • Use store and customer data to identify and implement actions that improve e-commerce performance.
  • Coordinate technical and content updates to the store, from requirements and implementation through quality assurance.
  • Lead e-commerce projects, including store relaunches, landing pages, new features and tools, and international expansion.
  • Coordinate Shopify’s integration with ERP, tracking, CRM, and other systems alongside IT and external partners.
  • Collaborate with Performance Marketing, CRM, Product & Brand, Design, IT, and Customer Relations.
  • Bring the e-commerce perspective to company-wide decisions.

Zahteve

  • Bring at least five years of relevant e-commerce experience.
  • Ideally, have experience in direct-to-consumer, fast-moving consumer goods, or consumer goods businesses.
  • Have hands-on knowledge of e-commerce platforms, especially Shopify.
  • Have experience developing and improving online stores.
  • Understand core e-commerce measures, including conversion rate, average order value, customer lifetime value, revenue, and funnel performance.
  • Have experience with conversion optimization, customer journeys, and data-led store development.
  • Be confident using analytics and tracking tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools such as Klaviyo or HubSpot is an advantage.
  • Have basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or Shopify Liquid.
  • Be able to organize and prioritize projects independently and deliver them with internal and external partners.
  • Work with an entrepreneurial, data-led, solution-focused approach.
  • Have very good German skills.
  • Have good English skills.
