Lead end-to-end Workday Core HCM implementations, from requirements workshops and solution design through go-live and support. Guide client delivery, mentor consultants, and maintain project quality for clients in India.
Opis
- Lead Workday implementations from project kickoff through go-live and post-launch support.
- Run module workshops and translate business needs into suitable system solutions.
- Design integrations across modules and tailor workflows.
- Advise clients on configuration approaches and system improvements.
- Act as the main consultant for senior client stakeholders.
- Secure milestone approvals and handle escalations.
- Assign and oversee workstreams for junior consultants.
- Coach colleagues and help them pursue HRIS certifications.
- Hold regular one-to-ones and give clear, constructive feedback.
- Oversee delivery of modules or functional processes from start to finish.
- Manage integration checks, troubleshooting, quality reviews, project updates, and clear stakeholder communication.
- Support team performance and development while managing risks and resolving complex issues.
Zahteve
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
- 7–10 years of HRIS experience.
- Experience leading at least five end-to-end implementations.
- Strong leadership, client management, and communication skills.
- Ability to balance competing priorities and guide cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and develop people.
- Workday Core HCM certification is required.
