Opis

  • Investigate and process general liability, third-party property damage, and bodily injury claims reported by marketplace users.
  • Learn to handle OAI claims.
  • Interview claimants and witnesses, gather relevant information, and keep thorough case notes and records.
  • Enter case and claim details in ServiceCloud and spreadsheets to support accurate departmental reporting.
  • Complete investigations with all parties involved and prepare case folders for senior Claims Analyst review and payment approval.
  • Learn to vet Provider certificates of insurance (COIs) and process Buyer requests for site-specific COI work orders.
  • Maintain a claims watchlist to help reduce future risk across the marketplace.
  • Support buyers with annual COI renewal mailings.
  • Help prepare claims for insurance companies as needed.
  • Update internal insurance processes and documentation as needed.
  • Coordinate with colleagues across internal departments as needed.

Zahteve

  • Background in insurance claims or a comparable field where thorough investigations are important to outcomes.
  • Strong interest in building a long-term career in insurance.
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Ability to investigate, document, and organize findings carefully and in detail.
  • Customer service experience or a similar role involving direct interaction with US-based customers.
  • Ability to remain patient and composed while delivering accurate work in high-stress situations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
