Opis

  • Partner with advisors to support members and clients with personalized service.
  • Help advisors deliver services and sustain strong business relationships.
  • Address immediate needs with straightforward, timely options for investments, financing, and protection.
  • Maintain service quality and member satisfaction in line with organizational standards and procedures.
  • Support business development activities.
  • Assist members and clients while delivering excellent customer service.
  • Prepare offers for routine transactions.
  • Support the sale of products and services aligned with member needs and current strategies.
  • Adapt your service approach to each member’s or client’s needs.
  • Respond to requests, complete research and tasks, and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Assist colleagues with managing calendars and email.
  • Recommend options that match members’ and clients’ needs and expectations.
  • Guide members and clients in choosing tools and service channels that fit their preferences for independence and automation.
  • Identify business opportunities and contribute to sales development initiatives.

Zahteve

  • College-level attestation (Attestation of Collegial Studies).
  • At least three years of relevant experience.
  • Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered.
  • Mutual fund representative certificate issued by the Autorité des marchés financiers.
  • French proficiency is required.
